		<description>Congratulations to everyone that made Volt possible.  Six of us had dinner in Chef's Kitchen on the 25th and we were pleased to be witness the 2nd anniversary toast from our table. It was so nice of you to have all the staff take part - you really are a family! Hilda - I would love to meet you next time I'm in for dinner.  We are looking forward to year three!</description>

		<description>Very impressive demo using liquid nitrogen!  And now I can make soy air just like Chef - well, almost like Chef!  I gained a greater appreciation for Chef's desire to create different textures; I'm sure I will take more notice of contrasting textures next time I am eating out, especially at Volt.</description>

		<description>we were able to sneak in at the 5:30 seating on march 12th (original reservation was feb of 2011), one day before my birthday, and couldn't have been happier with the evening.  we got a little more tipsy than expected as we couldn't pass up on the rare wines our fellow diners had offered to us, but it certainly didn't take away from the night.

the food was amazing, as was the service and our fellow table 21 neighbors.

it was certainly the best way i could think to usher in my birthday weekend.  many thanks, and we will definitely be back for an entire proper weekend in Frederick.</description>

That was me and my husband in that first video!  Thanks for your kind words!  We had a great time at VOLT this past fall.  And we were lucky enough to snag seats at Table 21 when it opened up for 8 slots on Sunday evening.  We were completely blown away and had the time of our lives!  Thanks to Chef Bryan and the whole team for a great experience!
